“There will be increased verticalisation. We don’t have a play in all the big verticals. Our travel vertical is the only vertical we have concentrated on (till now), but we will see emerging verticals such as manufacturing, retail, government, healthcare and life sciences,” said Ramesh Shastri, chief innovation officer, Sonata.
